Each file is analyzed in memory and discarded. There is no audio storage anywhere in TrackTag.
We never train on your music
We don't use your catalog to train any model. Your tracks are analyzed, not collected.

Only to the services that analyze it: Google's Gemini API for tagging and our own BPM service on Google Cloud.

What TrackTag does not do
TrackTag is a tagging service. It does not offer similarity search or natural-language search across your catalog as a service. If you rely on those, TrackTag works alongside them: better metadata makes every search tool better.

What does the free pilot include?
We tag up to 500 tracks from your catalog with all 35+ fields, free. You compare the results with your current metadata and decide. No commitment and no card.
How is enterprise pricing calculated?
Per track, one time, with every field included: $0.12 per track from 20,000 tracks and $0.08 per track from 100,000 tracks. Above 500,000 tracks, or for platforms that tag on behalf of many libraries, we agree a custom price together.
Do you store our audio?
No. Audio is analyzed in memory and discarded. We keep the results and file names so you can export them. We never use your music to train any model.
Does TrackTag offer similarity search?
Not as a service for your catalog. TrackTag focuses on tagging: rich, consistent metadata for every track. It works well alongside the search tools you already use.
Can we keep using self-serve?
Yes. Credit packs and the API stay fully self-serve for everyone. This page is for catalogs large enough to deserve a volume price and a direct line to our sales team.
